If you wish to exchange your item for a different book title, edition, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process and confirm product availability.
Exchanges are only accepted if the returned product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable or digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDFs)
- Personalized or custom-ordered books or stationery
- Clearance or discounted sale items
- Perishable or consumable goods

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof of damage.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
In cases of damaged or wrong items shipped, Sanka Bookshop will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
If you are returning an item for any reason other than our error, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, damaged item), we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange a courier pickup.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify your returned item.
